Celebrating Sunland’s Employee Owners

Each year, Sunland celebrates the accomplishments and dedication of our Employee Owners with an end of year Employee Awards Luncheon for each division and or location. Companywide, employees in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico are celebrated and recognized for their dedicated tenure, hard work and embodying Sunland’s CORE values of Customer Focus, Ownership, Relationships, Ethics and Safety. The Employee Awards Luncheons are non-work days, meaning all operations are suspended for everyone at each office location, so all can participate in the awards, food, fun, and prizes.
