Description

At Phoenix Metro RV Resort, Sunland crack sealed the northern section of the community, nearly 80,000 square feet. The pavement in the remainder of the community was set to be removed and replace in 3 phases over 3 years. In 2017 we milled and paved 42,000 square feet in the main entrance and drive lane. Additionally, we removed and replaced the community’s main concrete dumpster pad, patched asphalt from a prior electric repair, installed 8 bollards, 9 speed humps, and 21 composite parking bumpers. We also changed the striping layout to bring the community into ADA stall compliance, as well as allow for a better traffic flow in front of the check in desk.
