Jim Henderson is a Senior Project Consultant with Sunland Asphalt & Construction, Inc.’s Phoenix Maintenance division. With over 40 years in the industry, 25 years with Sunland, Jim is one of Sunland’s most tenured employee owners with expertise in business development, sales and estimating.

Jim is an active member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
