As a project consultant in the Denver Metro area, Todd is responsible for assessing lots, taking care of customers, and going to networking events. We recently sat down with Todd and asked him a few questions to get to know him better.

Describe your position with Sunland.  What does a typical day look like for you?

Well, I just cracked the 1 month mark last week, so I’m pretty new to the company.  I have mostly been calling on clients, scoping projects, cranking out bids & learning new processes & software.

What’s one sentence you’d like to hear from your boss?

‘Congratulations on the million dollar project you landed! Have fun on a desert island, see you whenever you get back’

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you and why?

If I was stranded on a desert island, I would like to have a fly rod, some cold beer, and 2 way radio to call for help when I’m ready to leave.  It might take some time, but I think I would make the call eventually.

Are you a morning person or a night person and why?

Unfortunately for me, I’m both.  I tend to do my best work at night but I’ve had to get up early most my life for construction & fishing. I suppose I’ll sleep when I’m retired.

What is your all-time favorite movie and why?

There are too many great movies to pick a favorite.  But if I HAD to, I would have to say Raising Arizona or The Big Lebowski. Both are bizarre Cohen Brothers’ movies with unique plot lines, outrageous characters & dark humor.
