Description

This project consists of new roadway and drainage improvements including removals, grading, asphalt concrete (AC) paving, aggregate base course, pavement milling, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete sidewalk ramps, concrete driveways, concrete scuppers, decomposed granite, earthen drainage channels, non-grouted riprap, galvanized metal pipe hand railing, raised median construction, traffic signals, traffic signing, pavement markings and traffic control. This project is located on Gantzel Road from Omega Drive to Poston Butte High School (approximately 3,630 FT north of Bella Vista Road) and along Bella Vista Road from Poncho Lane to approximately 1,800 FT East of Gantzel Road. The entire project is located within unincorporated portions of Pinal County near San Tan Valley, AZ.
