Description

The PetSmart Headquarters project was completed in three phases. Phase one required demolition of a landscape planter, new curb installation and asphalt paving where the planter was located. This allowed delivery trucks easier access to the loading dock.

Phase two consisted of 4,608 square feet of Type II slurry seal, installation of 3 speed bumps, 233,609 square feet of two coat sealcoat and restriping the parking lots.

Phase Three was a complete restripe of PetSmart’s five-story parking garage.
