Description

The Tucson Electric Power Company Springerville Generating Station Access Road Paving project located outside of Springerville, AZ in Apache County covered 12 miles of roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction.  The project consisted of asphalt milling and paving, guardrail installation, roadway excavation, borrow material, ABC placement, signage, striping, traffic control, and other related items.  Approximate quantities included 204,000 square yards of milling, 43,000 tons of paving, 24,000 linear feet of guardrail, 17,000 linear feet of embankment curb, and 548,000 linear feet of striping.
