Crack Seal - City of Phoenix - 2

City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department Crack Seal and Preservative Treatment Program

After a two-step selection process, Sunland was selected as one of two qualified contractors to perform pavement crack sealing, sealcoating and other asphalt surface treatment services.  This contract is for a 36-month duration, or $9 million per Job Order Contract (JOC), which ever occurs first, with an option to renew for an additional 24-month term.  Our team brings years of firsthand experience working with the City of Phoenix through the 2009-2015 Major and Collector Street Overlay Programs, the 2012-2015 Residential Street Overlay Programs and the recently expired Asphalt-Rubber Crack and Joint Sealing JOC.

Salt River Pima – Maricopa Indian Community (SRP-MIC) On-Call Road Repair & Preventative Maintenance Services

Sunland was also selected as a preferred contractor to perform on-call and maintenance services for the SRP-MIC.  The scope of services will vary from project to project, but will include asphalt repair, crack seal, fog seal, sealcoat, chip seal, overlay, pavement markings, utility adjustment and concrete work associated with roads and parking lots.  The contract is for 36-month term with an option to renew for one year.

Sunland has completed more than 250 JOC projects of this size, scope and complexity totaling over $50 million within the last five years.  Sunland looks forward to continuing our long term relationship with the City of Phoenix and building a strong relationship with the Salt River Pima – Maricopa Indian Community.
