Michael Thompson

Vice President, Solterra

Michael Thompson is the Vice President of Solterra. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction, has a certificate in “Principles of Quality Hot Mix Asphalt Paving from the Asphalt Institute, and is an ATSSA Certified Technician and Supervisor. Mike has over a decade of experience in the construction industry and has been integrally involved in project management for a multitude of Sunland’s Job Order Contract (JOC) projects. He has supervised all aspects of road construction and is known for his exceptional professionalism on the job, high integrity and superior customer service. Mike has produced quality projects for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) state wide, Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), and the Cities of Apache Junction, Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson, and Yavapai County. Mike is actively engaged in the Arizona General Contractors Associations (AGC) Young Constructors Forum (YCF).
