Fireside at Norterra HOA is a community located in Northern Phoenix. The roads required approximately 9,800 linear feet of crack seal in addition to 85,775 square feet of
surface treatment. MasterSeal MTR Sealer was used on both the HOA roadways and the Community Center parking lot. In order to keep traffic open and allow regular parking for residents, Sunland worked closely with the property managers to split the residential streets into multiple phases.
