Description

This project started out as a simple patch, crack seal, sealcoat and restripe in front of the recently renovated Coronado Center entrance. As the remodel of the Center evolved it became apparent the new elevation of the entrance would be considerably higher than the existing parking lot. Sunland put together a plan with the remodel contractor to essentially build a 100′ X42′ “ramp”. It involved transition milling on the existing asphalt then paving the ramp from 1.5″ to 9″ at the storefront.
