What is your title and division? ​

Customer Service Coordinator


Explain your background and experience in the construction industry. 

I have no experience in the construction industry. I’ve been employed by Harkins Theatres for 11 years and I was an Assistant Manager at the Arizona Mills location for the last 9 years.


Describe your position with Sunland. What does a typical day look like for you? 

I’m responsible for receiving incoming communications to the corporate office. The Customer Service Coordinator position ensures that the person on the other end gets connected to the right place. I field incoming phone calls and route them to the correct employee, department, or division. If the call is from a current or prospective client, I gather the pertinent information and submit a lead in Cosential before routing it to the appropriate division. I’m also responsible for obtaining COI’s upon employee requests and issuing them to our clients. I look forward to my role expanding to obtaining bonds and even further as I gain more experience with my current responsibilities.

I enjoy hiking, swimming, and most outdoor activities.
