Description

At 3033 W Bell LLC, Sunland Asphalt installed 1,600 square feet of skin patching in one large location in the entrance drive lane, as well as 443 square feet of remove and replace in three failed areas throughout the parking lot. The drive lane at the entrance of the property had become very raveled, resulting in loose fine aggregates on the surface as well as a very rocky appearance. The large skin patch not only restored fine aggregate back onto the surface but provided a new smooth riding surface for traffic.
