The project consisted of paving the newly aligned Loop 303 Freeway from Peoria Avenue to Mountain View Boulevard. At the time, this project was the largest CMAR awarded by ADOT. The project quantities included 18,840 tons of miscellaneous structural asphalt paving, 62,151 tons of base course paving, and 12,120 tons of rubberized asphalt surface course paving.
