Description

The project at Canyon Corporate Plaza was a pulverize and repave project at a depth of 3 inches which also involved grading work. Soft sub-grade was discovered during removal of the old asphalt. This issue was remedied by stabilizing the saturated base with cement, which absorbed the moisture creating the hardened base necessary to complete the work. Restripe and utility adjustments were also performed.
