Description

The project for this luxury apartment complex consisted of thoroughly cleaning, crack sealing and sealcoating approx 275,960 square feet of asphalt. Prior to the sealcoat application, special attention was needed to pre-treat oil saturated parking stalls with oil prime along with crack sealing approximately 14,320 linear feet of cracks that ranged from 1/4″ – 1/2″ in width.
