Description

This project included site grading, paving at 3 inches and striping for this project. The site was 71,725 square feet in size and consisted of installing a concrete drainage system on the east side of the student lot to allow water flowing from the roof tops to flow to the street. In addition, we demolitioned a concrete pad, removed and replaced fencing, installed new concrete CIP single curb and installed 207 new concrete wheel stops.

The original proposal was changed to allow additional water to drain from the campus to the street. This required additional survey to insure proper slopes were maintained.
