Description

This project entailed 3,650 square yards of asphalt paving as well as 40,560 square feet of concrete white paving. This project served as the foundation of a 122,850 square foot concrete, tilt-up, single story building on an 8-acre site. The footprint of the building had to be over-excavated 2 feet below footings and Sunland brought in 400 loads of non-expansive soil to bridge soil base.
