Description

The Timbers HOA is a residential community located in Aurora, CO. The community consist of several small court parking lots, each with covered parking, as well as community parking lots for the clubhouse and pool.

The court parking lots required removal and replacement of all asphalt equaling 316,012 SF, the removal of landscape timbers and installation of curb and gutter to deliniate the parking lot form landscape planters equaling 4,724 LF, the installation of drain pans equaling 19,244 SF, drainage inlet inistallation, and striping which included installation of new parking bumpers, unit number stenciling, hazard and no parking areas, as well as parking stalls.
